I like the service and get a good haircut when I go. However they are hardly open when they say they are. I drive from Lenoir NC to this location in Morganton NC and to not cool to know they are supposed to be open from 10-6 and it’s noon and the doors are locked. This isn’t the first time. 25.00 in fuel in my F250 wasted every time this happens.

Bad experience. Stylist was seemed angry to be there. Never said a word other than how short u want it, not a smile or anything, that's it. I told her when I arrived that this was my first time here, yet was never offered The MVP treatment that you are supposed to get for free. Just a very fast hair cut that I paid too much money for. Never going back here again, at least not the one in Morgantown.
